Within the categories, performance is assessed in various aspects and correlated with each other. The following points, among others, are considered as part of the assessment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Management:<\/strong> Is there a sustainability strategy? Is the sustainability strategy communicated transparently? How good is the cooperation between stakeholders (tenants, suppliers, employees, etc.)?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Performance:<\/strong> Are measures taken to minimise or avert risks related to corruption, bribery, climate change and new environmental regulations? Is the consumption of resources and waste production monitored? The overall result is the GRESB score. The results are compared with the peer group average to categorise them. The assessment framework is based on the topics that investors and the industry itself see as the main challenges in terms of investments and sustainable property.
