Cluster II – Consumption and emissions<\/b> The focus here is on energy consumption, CO\u2082 emissions, water consumption and waste generation as well as the “Paris-Ready” assessment (comparison with the target data for 2030). Cluster III – Asset Check<\/b> covers the topics: Building automation, envelope and technology, resources, user comfort, economy, location and measures in operation.<\/p>\n
