A higher frequency of extreme weather events requires buildings and living spaces to be more resilient. Climate change has a direct impact on the quality and maintenance costs of buildings and infrastructure.   It is therefore essential to modernize existing properties and to plan new buildings and renovations sustainably in order to withstand these constantly changing conditions.
