June 19, 2025 P3 Logistics Park in Siegenburg officially awarded BREEAM Excellent<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ramona Veronika Schuster (BREEAM DE New Construction Assessor) supported the BREEAM Excellent certification of P3 Siegenburg for HOINKA GmbH. The property has a total rental area of approx. 32,500 m2, of which 28,400 m2 is logistics space, 2,100 m2 is mezzanine space and 1,600 m2 is office space. P3 plans its buildings to be future-oriented, resilient, energy-efficient, safe and efficient. The logistics center in Siegenburg is equipped with photovoltaic systems and green noise barriers. An intelligent water meter system and a system for detecting water leaks have also been installed. Employees have the option of charging their vehicles at electric charging stations. <\/p>\n
