What are the objective for Credit Suisse to launch their own certification system with greenproperty?
The greenproperty certification shows at one glance to which extent ESG criteria were taken into account and implemented in the planning process and operation of a property. For investors and project managers, this means an upgrading of their property, while for investors the seal of approval provides guidance for sustainable investment decisions.
