The NaWoh certification, also known as NaWoh – Quality Seal for Sustainable Housing, stands for sustainable housing construction and is a certificate awarded by the “Association for the Promotion of Sustainability in Housing Construction”. The certificate is specifically aimed at residential buildings. The aim of the association was to offer a cost-effective quality seal for residential construction that is not designed to make a profit. Certification is based on various criteria in the areas of living quality, technical quality, ecological quality, economic quality and process quality. These include, for example, the use of sustainable building materials, the use of renewable energies, compliance with energy efficiency standards and the consideration of accessibility aspects.

NaWoh certification aims to ensure a high quality of life in residential buildings while conserving resources and minimizing environmental impact. It is intended to help ensure that residential buildings are not only energy-efficient, but also have a positive impact on the well-being and health of residents.

With NaWoh certification, the QNG seal can also be obtained, taking into account special requirements.
