Project Engineer, Sustainable Planning
Hendrik Fischer completed the bachelor’s degree program in Green Building—Building Systems, Energy Efficiency, People, and the Environment—from 2020 to 2025. During his studies, he focused extensively on the topics of sustainable construction, energy-efficient building systems, and resource-conserving design.
As early as 2024, Hendrik Fischer completed an internship at HOINKA GmbH. During his internship, he gained valuable insights into the development and evaluation of sustainable building concepts and was able to apply his theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
Hendrik Fischer has been working as a project engineer at HOINKA GmbH since 2025. He supports the team in the planning and implementation of sustainable construction projects and contributes his expertise in building services engineering, energy efficiency, and sustainable construction to challenging projects. His goal is to develop future-proof solutions that equally meet ecological, technical, and economic requirements.
