Thomas Bogacz studied Climate Engineering at the Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018. During his studies, he gained in-depth knowledge in the fields of building services engineering, building physics, and energy-efficient construction.
From 2018 to 2022, Thomas Bogacz worked at Krämer-Evers Bauphysik GmbH in Stuttgart. There, he gained practical experience in the field of building physics and contributed to various building construction projects.
He then worked at the IBK structural engineering team in Aalen from 2022 to 2023, where he further deepened his technical expertise in the planning and implementation of construction projects.
Thomas Bogacz has been working at HOINKA GmbH in Stuttgart since 2024. There, he draws on his experience in building physics and building services engineering to contribute to a wide range of projects and supports the team in developing sustainable solutions.
