Die WELL Kriterien
Wie unterscheiden sich Features, Preconditions und Optimizations bei der WELL-Zertifizierung?
Die 10 WELL Konzepte stellen je eine Kategorie des Wohlbefindens dar. Sie umfassen jeweils eine bestimmte Anzahl an Features (Kriterien). Diese Features setzen sich zusammen aus einer Anzahl an Mindestanforderungen (Preconditions, in der Tabelle: P) und Optimierungen (Optimizations, in der Tabelle: O), die wiederum in kleinere Teil-Features gegliedert sind, wie die Tabelle unten zeigt. Insgesamt kann eine Punktzahl von 100 bzw. 110 erreicht werden. Für die Erfüllung zusätzlicher Innovations-Kriterien werden weitere 10 Punkte vergeben. Der Punktwert eines einzelnen Merkmals wird durch sein Potential Veränderungen zu schaffen bestimmt. Dies ist definiert als das Ausmaß, in dem ein Feature ein bestimmtes Problem in den Bereichen Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden oder eine Möglichkeit zur Gesundheitsförderung anspricht und durch die möglichen Auswirkungen einer wirksamen Intervention. Pro Konzept dürfen nicht mehr als 12 Punkte erreicht werden.
Preconditions sind die Mindestanforderungen für jedes Konzept und müssen für eine WELL-Zertifizierung zwingend erfüllt sein. Die Erfüllung der Preconditions wird nicht bepunktet, ist aber eine Voraussetzung für die Zertifizierung.
Optimizations können für die verschiedenen Konzepte zusätzlich erfüllt werden. Die Erfüllung der Optimizations wird bepunktet. Von der Höhe der erreichten Punkte ist die Zertifizierungsstufe (Silber mind. 50 Punkte, Gold mind. 60 Punkte, Platin mind. 80 Punkte) abhängig. Je Konzept müssen mindestens zwei Punkte erreicht werden. Alle Optimizations haben maximale Punktwerte, die durch die Erfüllung verschiedener Teilkriterien erreicht werden können. Werden mehr Teilkriterien erfüllt und damit mehr Punkte erreicht als das Maximum, können zusätzliche Punkte nicht angerechnet werden.
